SHRIMP AND GREEN VEGETABLE BENTO BOX
Up the lunchbox wow factor with this upscale and colourful bento box. PC Black Label Habanero Aioli serves as the sauce for a variety of dippers, including shrimp, rice crisps and veggies.
In saucepan of boiling water, blanch peas for 1 minute or until tender-crisp; using slotted spoon, transfer to ice bath. Repeat with broccoli. Drain vegetables.
Using lunchboxes with at least four compartments, arrange all ingredients in two boxes keeping shrimp, crisps and aioli in their own compartments; vegetables can all go into one compartment.
