Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook,stirring, for 2 minutes. Pour in milk gradually, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth. Cook sauce for 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened and gently bubbling.

Meanwhile, place pretzels on prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with water; sprinkle with half of the salt. Bake in centre of oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until tops of pretzels are dry and pretzels are warm.

Stir cheese into milk mixture; cook, stirring, until melted and sauce is smooth. Stir in mustard and remaining salt. Pour into serving bowl; drizzle with hot sauce. Serve immediately with pretzels.
