Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place flatbreads on rimmed baking sheet.

Spread pasta sauce all over each flatbread; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in centre of oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and flatbread is lightly crisp; remove from oven.

Meanwhile, heat oil in nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Crack eggs into pan; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until egg whites are cooked through. Do not turn eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer 2 eggs onto each flatbread and place ham on top. Cut flatbreads in half and top with arugula. Serve immediately.
