Bloody Maria with Sriracha and Lime

For a piquant and snappy new spin, PC Black Label Sriracha Bloody Mary Mix is blended with fresh lime juice, and with tequila in place of the usual vodka. Ideally suited to serving at brunch or anytime get-togethers, this enticing cocktail can also be made without the alcohol, if desired.

Cooking Instructions

Fill cocktail shaker half-full with ice. Add Bloody Mary mix, tequila and lime juice. Place lid on shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Fill highball glass half-full with ice. Strain cocktail shaker contents into glass. Garnish with cucumber spear, coriander, lime wedge and shrimp skewer.

2 tsp (10 mL) fresh lime juice
1 mini cucumber spear (quartered lengthwise)
1 large sprig fresh coriander
1 lime wedge
Chef's tip To cook raw shrimp, peel (leave tails on if you like) and poach just until pink. Cool and chill.
